Todd is one of the leading practitioners in the field of corporate innovation and growth, with experience including general management, teaching, coaching and consulting.

As Managing Director of Doblin, long respected as one of the world’s foremost innovation-strategy firms, Todd had overall responsibility for all aspects of the business. In addition to managing the firm, he had direct leadership of many of the firm’s most important accounts, including McDonald’s, Target, WellPoint, Pfizer, Ford, FedEx, Coca-Cola, SC Johnson and General Electric. These were multi-year relationships where client executives looked to Todd for counsel and guidance about innovation challenges and opportunities.

As a Monitor Partner, Todd was a senior leader of the firm’s innovation practice and led important client relationships, including helping Ford Motor Company navigate the economic downturn with a focus on innovation.

Todd started his career at Arthur Andersen & Co, which later became Accenture. Recently he co-founded Ampersand Partners where he coaches and mentors CEO’s and their top executives in creating environments and strategies that achieve growth targets.

Todd is adjunct faculty at the Institute of Design in Chicago, where he helps students learn and apply frameworks to implement large-scale innovations. He is a CPA (inactive) and holds a BBA form Harding University and an MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.
